Sales Consultant, Jewelry & Gemstones (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team we are looking for a sales consultant (m/f/d) for jewelry and gemstones. You advise customers personally, from the first conversation through stone selection to the finished, made-to-measure piece, and represent what we stand for: transparency, real craftsmanship and advice without any sales pressure.

Your tasks

Personal advice on gemstones, diamonds (natural and lab-grown) and gold qualities
Guiding bespoke commissions: matching the desired stone, cut, metal and band size with the workshop
Selling our collections and individually hand-selected stones, online and in person
Looking after customer relationships and following up after a purchase
Preparing and presenting the jewelry pieces and loose stones
Supporting stock care, packaging and the dispatch of orders

Your profile

Retail experience, ideally in the jewelry, watch or gemstone trade
Enthusiasm for gemstones and the will to build up your expertise on the job
Strong communication skills and a polished, personable manner
Confident with discerning customers, discreet and patient
Very good German; English for international customers is a plus
Independent, meticulous way of working
